After becoming a mom, I felt this urgency to do things “right”, I wanted to provide balanced meals and healthy snacks, maintain a clean and safe environment to learn and play.
There came a point where I felt like trying to do everything “right” left me feeling overwhelmed and exhausted at the end of each day. I knew there had to be an easier way. I began to look for other parents who shared their tips for healthy eating, and simplified cleaning routines.
