Dr. Rabia Subhani is a licensed psychologist and certified mindfulness teacher. She began her career as a Neuropsychologist and then had a spiritual epiphany in 2013 which led to a complete change in her personal and professional life.
Rabia became immersed in mindfulness and found such a deep sense of peace and inner joy that she wanted to share it with others. So she re-trained in multiple evidence-based mindfulness programs to teach mindfulness to other families with neurodiverse children. She couldn’t find any one program which met her needs as a professional and parent of an autistic child, so she created her own. This program called Mindful Village® combines mindfulness, self-compassion, positive psychology, and neuroscience.
